Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@ambvina.com. Returns must be sent to the provided return address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us with any questions.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at hello@ambvina.com.
